Primary Job Accountabilities:
What You'll Do:
  • As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
  • Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
  • Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
  • Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
  • Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies:
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
  • Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
  • 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
  • Bilingual
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations:

  • Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
  • Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
  • Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
