Job description

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). The United States Postal Inspection Service , or the Postal Inspectors, is the federal law enforcement arm of the United States Postal Service. In this role you will set up test stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run to strict form and timing standards, capture results in a secure field app, and complete two-person validation with the Site Lead

Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks with the FTA typically working three hours per event. Ideal candidates have experience officiating or administering fitness assessments, hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs. The hourly rate for this position has been established at: $36.51.This rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

In addition, we offer a 401K with company match. Responsibilities: Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers. Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.

Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead. Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet. Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).

Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage. Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
