Job Title: Test Operator
Location: McKinney, TX 
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Max Pay: Competetive Payrate based on experience

Job Description :
  • Looking for highly motivated individuals to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer, more connected world.
  • As a test operator for the EODAS factory, your job will be to verify the functionality and quality of next generation technology for the warfighter.
  • You will be required to work closely with assembly operators and engineers.
  • You will be required to perform a variety of tasks that include setting up tests, reporting test results, troubleshooting test failures, and performing special projects as needed.
Required Skill Set :    
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Experience working with minimal supervision
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
  • The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
  • Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running multiple electrical test machines or equipment simultaneously
Physical Demands:
  • This position is located on a large campus that employs over 4,500 employees across 21 buildings on a 304-acre site. The role requires the ability to walk long distances between buildings and work areas throughout the day.
  • In addition, the position requires the following physical capabilities:
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment weighing up to 25 - 55 pounds as needed
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools, test equipment, and small components
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or test environment
  • Visual acuity to read test instructions, technical drawings, and digital display                                  
Desired Skills Set :
  • Ability to train others in testing processes once certified Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar
Education Qualification :
  • High school, secondary school or equivalent Technical certificate or associate's degree is preferred
