    New Berlin CUSD 16
  • Position: Bus Monitor
    All Employees of CUSD #16 must have:
    • Two valid forms of ID
    • Fingerprinting and background check
    • Current physical and TB test

    Duties:
    • Assist bus drivers with maintaining discipline, seating arrangements and overall control while bus routes are in progress
    • work with drivers in establishing a working relationship to ensure all district policies, procedures and guidance are followed
    Monitors are frequently asked to move from bus to bus due to specific needs of students and drivers.
    Every effort should be made to work with drivers to assist enforcement of district bus rules, specific driver rules, seating arrangements, etc.
