Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Test Engineering Manager. This role integrates developmental and operational test activities including laboratory, ground, and flight testing in support of weapon system programs within the Fighters & Advanced Aircraft community (Bombers Directorate and F-35 Program) directorate within AFLCMC.

This is a full-time position located on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage developmental and operational test activities. Develop and review test strategies, TEMP inputs, test plans, and test reports. Lead integration of test requirements with systems engineering and program management teams. Evaluate contractor test performance, data, and compliance with requirements. Support test scheduling, resource planning, and risk management. Brief senior leadership on test status, results, and issues.Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical disciplineYears of Experience: Minimum 12 years of DoD test and evaluation experienceAdditional Experience: Experience managing complex system or subsystem test programs
