Job description

Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Guidewire End to End Test Manager. The role involves leading the testing efforts for Guidewire applications, defining test strategies, and managing testing across various lifecycle scenarios.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
• Define test strategy, scope, timelines, and quality metrics for SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT
• Manage testing across policy, billing, and claims lifecycle scenarios
• Oversee integration testing with upstream/downstream systems and third-party vendors
• Own defect management, triage, risk assessment, and release readiness sign-off
• Drive test automation strategy and regression optimization
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore test teams and vendors
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12–18+ years overall testing experience
• 7–10+ years in Guidewire testing leadership
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Guidewire PC, BC, CC
• Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Personal / Commercial Lines)
• Proven experience managing end-to-end test programs for large transformations
• Expertise in test management tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, Xray)
• Experience with test automation (Guidewire Test Framework, Selenium, API testing)
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models
Preferred:
• Guidewire certification(s)
• Cloud-based Guidewire implementation experience
• Experience with Tier-1 insurance clients
