Job Description

This role prepares a variety of baked goods by following established recipes and production specifications, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation in a high-volume bakery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare baked goods by strictly following established recipes and production specifications.
  • Measure, mix, and combine ingredients accurately to achieve consistent product quality.
  • Operate and monitor bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Perform kitchen prep work, including organizing ingredients, tools, and workstations before production.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety standards throughout all baking activities.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of baking experience, or completion of a culinary or bakery program with less than 1 year of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in bakery operations, including mixing, baking, and finishing products.
  • Ability to follow recipes and production specifications accurately and consistently.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
  • Experience with kitchen prep work and basic cooking tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
