Job description

Looking for an E2E Test Manager for an enterprise top project within Finance (Regulatory Compliance) portfolio

Note: This is not a Scrum Team QA lead but rather a Project Manager who would manage Project Testing spanning cross platforms/product/business POCs

  • Experience managing large scale testing projects/programs/initiatives
  • Work with impacted platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables
  • Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status
  • Expert creating Program Test Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all testing efforts.
  • Triage defects and issues, working closely with development teams and production to prioritize issues to be fixed ahead of the next release.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of both production and QA testing processes, facilitating as a point of contact between teams.
  • Own/update testing inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls
  • Experience scaling QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Rally/Jira reporting
  • Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates including BUR and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs
  • Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge a plus
