Job Description We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design and manufacture of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), test software development, and test documentation and a proven ability to deliver automated test systems that meet schedule, quality, and customer requirements. Responsibilities: Complete tasks related to the design and manufacture of EGSE for Moog products, including software and documentation. Develop EGSE test systems for command, telemetry, control, and automation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet program schedules and requirements. Create National Instruments LabVIEW VIs for COTS instrument control, monitoring, and user interfaces. Develop Python scripts to orchestrate VxWorks and LabVIEW code for automated testing. Integrate with VxWorks test code and C on single board computers when required. Support FPGA programming and integration using VHDL when applicable. Documentation: Create and maintain assembly drawings, schematics, and parts lists for custom test equipment within the Moog document control system using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, and Intercept Mozaix. Author formal Integration and Test Plans, Environmental Test Plans, and Acceptance Test Procedures to document compliance with customer and design requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field. 3+ years of relevant experience in test engineering or EGSE development. Proficiency in at least one of the following: C, LabVIEW, or Python. Knowledge of hardware test principles and experience testing spacecraft components preferred. Skilled with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and related Office tools. Self-motivated with ownership mindset and ability to execute to schedule. Willingness to assist in hardware or software development, debug, and execution. Preferred Skills: Experience with VxWorks for test code integration with C on SBCs.
