Job Title: Test Analyzer Technician

Position Summary

Aimtron is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to support our electronic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic assemblies and systems. This is not an entry-level position and requires practical knowledge of electronic test procedures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and diagnostic testing on PCB assemblies and electronic systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies down to component level
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test systems
  • Record test results and maintain accurate documentation of failures and repairs
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) testing and validation activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
  • Identify process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in electronic testing or related field (EMS environment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
