We are currently hiring for a part-time (Saturday-focused) Test Administrator to join our team in downtown Chicago, IL at the One Illinois Building (111 E Wacker Dr, Ste 515, Chicago, IL 60601).

Position Overview
This role is specifically intended to support Saturday testing operations. Candidates must be available to work every Saturday, with opportunities to pick up additional weekday shifts based on business needs.
Responsibilities
The Test Administrator is responsible for delivering a secure testing experience while providing excellent customer service in a calm and professional environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Following all testing procedures and adhering to company policies with careful attention to detail
  • Checking in candidates, verifying identification, and explaining exam procedures
  • Proctoring (invigilating) exams to ensure testing integrity
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues and coordinating with internal teams as needed
  • Performing light housekeeping, including sanitizing workstations and maintaining a clean testing space
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned

Schedule Requirements : Availability to work every Saturday between 7:15 AM and 8:00 PM
This is a part-time position up to 19 hours per week, with most hours worked on Saturdays
Typical Saturday shifts may range up to a full-day shift (approximately 8-12 hours depending on scheduling needs) Opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts (Monday-Friday) based on staffing needs
Sunday shifts may be scheduled occasionally based on business needs
Schedules are provided at least 2 weeks in advance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with test proctoring or similar environments is a plus
  • Must be dependable and able to consistently work Saturdays
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and escort candidates as needed
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
  • Comfortable working in a quiet, detail-focused environment
