You will utilize your communication and customer skills with externalcustomers while also working to select new Test Administrators, provide job coaching, and fair performance appraisals to current employees.ย 

Schedule Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.ย 
  • This position is benefit eligible.ย 
  • Ability to work35-40hours per week with an expectation to work more hours as needed.Employees must be available to work various shifts between the hoursย ofย 7 am to 8 pm, variousshifts as scheduled, any day Monday through Saturday.ย 
  • Ability to work approximately2Saturdays per month.ย Sunday shifts would be infrequent, but aย possibilityย if the need arises.ย 
  • Available to address operational problems when not at test center.ย

60% of daily tasks are Test Administrator responsibilities:ย 

  • Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  • Performs on-time site opening and closing procedures.ย 
  • Understands all testing procedures.ย 
  • Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process.ย 
  • Monitors examinees while testing.ย 
  • Maintains a secure testing environment.ย 
  • Communicates with internal technical support to investigate and fix technical issues.ย 
  • Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment.ย 
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional and clean testing center with lightย housekeeping duties.ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย 

40% of daily tasks are Test Center Manager responsibilities:

  • The Test Center Manager is the onsite manager of a small team of Test Administrator employees.ย 

  • Site staffing/hiring/retention/conflict resolution/scheduling.ย 
  • Trains, develops, and coaches staff.ย 
  • First contact for facility issues.ย 
  • Ability to multi-task.ย 
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred.ย 
  • One year supervision experience in customer service preferred.ย 
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent businessexperience preferred.ย 
  • Team leading and training skills, and exposure to a testing environment are stronglypreferred.ย 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, delivered with focusedattentiveness and moderate interaction.ย 
  • Must be flexible in work hours and days.ย 
  • Ability to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner and handle a reasonableamount of stress.ย 
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, Internet, andemail.ย 
  • Ability to operate a computer and telephone.ย 
  • Must be able to work in a quiet, focused environment and hear words spoken in softvoices.ย 
  • Ability toย lift upย to 20ย lbsย on occasion.
  • Must have the ability to stand for extended periodsof time while escorting candidates back and forth, up to 50-100 times per scheduled shift,to and from the testing room.ย 
  • Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time.ย 
  • Must beable to bend, stoop, and lift from a stooped position.ย 
  • Must be able to see small details at a distance.ย 
  • Ability to see names clearly onย IDย cardsand the computer screen.ย
