Overview

Join our growing team in Austin, TX!


Responsibilities

We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Neonatologist to join our practice in Austin, Texas. Our expanding team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners work collaboratively to provide exceptional care for neonates in the St. David’s Healthcare System.

Our practice includes:

  • St. David’s Medical Center, a 65-bed, Level-IV unit with neonatal surgical services and a newborn delivery service of approximately 4,300 per year
  • St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas, a 57-bed, Level-III unit, expanding to 80 beds, with a newborn delivery service of approximately 8,000 per year
  • St. David's North Austin Medical Center, a Level-III NICU with advanced imaging procedures and pediatric medical sub-specialties 
  • St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, a 12-bed, Level-II unit with in-house NNP coverage of NICU and normal newborn services 
  • St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, a 10-bed, Level-II NICU with in-house NNP coverage of NICU and normal newborn services
  • St. David's Georgetown Hospital, a Level-I NICU
  • Medical services provided by our practice include HFOV, nitric oxide and total body cooling
  • A strong MFM program and pediatric sub-specialties support our NICUs
  • Preference for Experienced candidates only at this time
