About The Role

Mochi Health is redefining how people engage with their health and wellness through thoughtful, data-driven marketing. Our Marketing team thrives on curiosity, experimentation, and using insights to drive meaningful outcomes.

As an SEM Analyst, you'll own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid search programs across Google and Bing - from keyword strategy and bid management to creative testing and landing page development. This is a hands-on role with direct ownership of a significant and growing channel.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword strategy, match types, bid management, and ad copy testing
  • Manage and optimize Performance Max campaigns, including asset group strategy, audience signals, and cross-inventory performance monitoring
  • Run YouTube campaigns end-to-end - audience and placement targeting, creative briefing, and performance iteration
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and test ad creative across formats, maintaining a structured testing framework to surface winning concepts
  • Build and test landing pages in collaboration with design and growth teams, owning the CRO testing roadmap
  • Monitor performance daily, identifying trends and opportunities to improve efficiency against CPA, ROAS, and volume targets
  • Build structured performance reports combining platform data with internal business metrics for marketing leadership
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management to maintain targeting precision
  • Support tagging, tracking setup, and QA to ensure data integrity across platforms
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid search experience in a direct-response or performance-focused environment
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Performance Max and YouTube; Google Ads certification a plus
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and landing page development/CRO; familiarity with tools like Framer a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear optimization actions
  • Advanced Excel skills; Looker Studio, SQL, and Google Tag Manager experience a plus
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or D2C subscription businesses a plus
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person environment in San Francisco

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 annually, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
