Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of AI agents to automate engineering workflows and orchestrate them from prototype through production
• Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack tools: drive front-end UI/UX, back-end frameworks and APIs, and the data and caching architecture that supports real-time querying and streaming across an ever-expanding fleet
• Shape overall system architecture, including the interfaces between subsystems, and make the technical tradeoffs that let our systems scale

• Own the full lifecycle and set technical direction spanning DevOps, product security, and validation of our software while partnering cross-functionally to identify workflow bottlenecks
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or the equivalent in experience with evidence of exceptional ability
• Proficient in Go and Python, with hands-on experience building full-stack applications using web frameworks
• Experience with backend infrastructure: relational databases, containerization, workflow orchestration, and stream processing/messaging systems
• Experience or strong interest in building LLM-powered applications, with understanding of AI agent architectures and tool-use patterns such as MCP/ACP
• Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple concurrent projects
Preferred:
• Preferred exposure to large-scale data processing/querying and analytics
Company:
Tesla is an electric vehicle and clean energy company that provides electric cars, solar, and renewable energy solutions. Founded in 2003, the company is headquartered in Austin, USA, with a team of 10001+ employees. The company is currently Late Stage.
