Looking for a Construction Management professional with a working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, cost and schedule management for support as Owner’s Rep on government medical center projects. Must be a licensed professional (PE) and hold a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school of higher education. 6-10 years of experience in both design and construction, to manage capital improvement projects in an operational healthcare facility. Position will be site based, 40-hrs/week maximum, working directly with Medical Center CM staff to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity.


Physical Requirements –

Candidates must be able to work on active construction job sites, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and traversing uneven or unimproved terrain.

Computer

Candidates must be proficient with standard business computer systems, including comfort navigating Microsoft Windows operating systems and email platforms such as Outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, along with the ability to review, analyze, and interpret project data on a laptop computer.

Must be a US citizen.
