Job description

Boca Radiology Group (BRG) is seeking a full-time hybrid Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join their team-oriented private practice in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves working with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines and 13 coronary CT scanners. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in both thoracic and cardiac imaging and be eager to contribute to the growth of the cardiothoracic division.

Practice Info

  • 40 person sub-specialized, diversified, state of the art private practice
  • Covers a tertiary 400-bed hospital with Level 3 ED, 11 outpatient imaging centers, and teleradiology sites
  • Equipped with seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT
  • Currently has 13 coronary CT scanners and performs cardiac MR on 1.5 Tesla and 3 Tesla magnets

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in growing the cardiothoracic division
  • Proficient in reading cardiothoracic and thoracic imaging including CT cardiac, cardiac MR, CTA angiograms, body imaging CT and radiography

Compensation

  • The total compensation package range for this position is $650,000 - $1,000,000 (inclusive of bonus and incentives)

Shift & Schedule

  • Hybrid M-F Shift: 8am-5pm EST
  • NO OVERNIGHT Responsibility

Requirements

  • ABR BE/BC
  • Strong clinical skills in both thoracic and cardiac imaging
  • Completed fellowship training in cardiothoracic imaging or have proficient experience in CT cardiac, cardiac MR, CTA angiograms, and comfortable reading body imaging CT and radiography
  • Board certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Proficient experience with reading cardiothoracic imaging required
  • Ability to obtain a Florida license is required
