We need a tech who already knows EVs. High-voltage systems, battery packs, thermal management, EV diagnostics. This isn't a role we're training someone into if you've got real hands-on EV experience and you can find a fault instead of guessing at it, we want to talk to you.
WE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH
Shops that say they do EV work and hand you brake jobs. No high-voltage training, no proper PPE, no insulated tools. Diagnostic time you never get paid for. Dealer-locked software you can't access. Getting treated like the guy who "does the weird cars."
Here's how we run instead:
THE WORK
Commercial electric fleet Rivian EDVs, electric delivery vans, plus conventional light-duty and box trucks in the mix.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
English or Spanish. Both work here.
THE SCHEDULE
Days, 6 days a week. Full-time, in person at our Miami shop.
