Job Description

The duties of the position

As a confirmed Project Manager for HVAC works at KRESS Energies and Fluides, you will play a central role in the management of our sites. Responsible for both the technical, financial, and human management of the projects entrusted to you, you will also supervise a team of 4 project managers while directly overseeing several operations, mainly in the tertiary sector.

You are responsible for the proper completion of the works, the respect of budgets, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs and ensure the complete management of affairs.
  • Manage all technical, administrative, financial, and organizational aspects.
  • Coordinate the studies, works, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the proper execution of projects in compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality.
  • Monitor the profitability of affairs, manage budgets and treasury.
  • Identify and address non-conformities, follow modifications and their impacts.
  • Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and the client, and contribute to commercial development.

The profile we are looking for:

Education: Engineer in climate engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC project management, ideally as a Project Manager.
