Job description

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop our distribution network throughout the Midwest region. This position works closely with the U.S. Country Manager to achieve sales goals, expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting company products, managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting distributors in the assigned territory. The role requires a self-motivated, organized, and client-focused individual who can work independently and contribute to team success.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Midwest territory.
  • Present products to new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct regular client visits, calls, and follow-ups to meet activity goals.
  • Log all sales activities in the company CRM system.

Distribution Support

  • Identify, recruit, and negotiate agreements with new distributors.
  • Train and support distributors to ensure product knowledge and successful sales performance.

Market Development

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Suggest and execute plans to enter new markets and grow sales.

Accounts and Payment Oversight

  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Address any issues with overdue or outstanding invoices.

Process and Team Collaboration

  • Recommend improvements to internal sales and support processes.
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on territory performance.
