Position Summary
The Territory Field Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition and brand awareness
through high-impact field marketing programs. This role leads to the recruiting, training,
and management of field teams while executing lead-generation strategies across events
and big-box retail locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability
to scale high-performing teams and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop field marketing teams (Events, Outreach, Big Box)
Lead onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives
Execute training programs aligned with company standards
Manage and track KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, and ROI
Plan and execute high-volume lead generation campaigns
Develop territory-specific strategies to maximize engagement
Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials
Generate leads personally while leading by example
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and event organizers
Oversee territory operations including event calendars, inventory, and logistics
Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting
Ensure compliance with company standards and partner requirements
Finding, coordinating, booking, and executing events within the territory
Maintaining labor and expenses within the budget

Qualifications
Experience hiring, training, and managing teams
Background in event marketing or big-box retail
Proven success exceeding lead generation targets
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Experience in fast-paced environments
