Job description

Informs, inspires, educates, and engages our Authorized Dealer's/Prospects/Industry Professionals via a unique array of sales, marketing and training programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales budgets, revenue targets, and business objectives.
  • A majority focus on our Floor Care.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including order management, accounting and billing coordination, logistics, service-related needs, and issue resolution.
  • Balance remote account management with face-to-face customer engagement and territory travel. The role is generally approximately 50% home office and 50% field-based, with the mix fluctuating based on seasonality and business needs.
  • Manage Existing Dealers to use the Sales Tools and Programs available to them to increase Sales Volumes in the region
  • Open up New Business through Traditional Distribution and through the Trade Partner Program
  • Increase Branding through consistent Territory Marketing and Dealer Gallery Displays
  • Participate in the overall experience at our Galleries

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • This position will require travel within the area covered
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer.
