Job Description:
Terra Nova Logistics Inc., an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is currently seeking hardworking and highly motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering consistent schedules, competitive pay, and long-term stability.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $23.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,500
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours
  • Monthly performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete assigned routes
  • Deliver packages efficiently and on time

  • Handle packages up to 80 lbs

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience within the last 3 years
    (or 5 years within the last 10 years)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and DOT physical
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Customer service and deadline-oriented mindset
