Suite Ambassadors
Department: Ball Park Operations
Location: Cincinnati Ohio
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Job Summary
The Suite Ambassador position supports Ball Park Operations by controlling access to the Suite Level, Terrace Suites, Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite, Boone County Bourbon Press Club, and Lexus Diamond Club. This role is critical to ensuring that the correct Guests are able to access these premium spaces.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Must be 18 years old
Experience: None Needed
Skills: Friendly, positive, willingness to work
Preferred Requirement
Education: High School Graduate or GED
Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or event staff
Skills: Friendly, positive, willingness to work
Primary Job Duties amp; Responsibilities
Duty % of Time
Greeting Guests and Scanning Tickets: 70%
Checking suites prior to gates open to check cleanliness or IT issues: 10%
Providing directions and locations of amenities: 10%
Working with Food and Beverage Provider to ensure amenities and services meet guest expectations: 10%
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Suite Ambassador Supervisor and Director of Guest and Event Operations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Exposure to outdoor environments, including heat, cold, rain, wind, direct sunlight
- Must be able to work 41 Reds Home Games and other large events
