Terra Stoneworks is hiring a Production Account Manager to keep builder projects on track from scheduling through installation. You’ll be coordinating schedules, updating project details, communicating with internal teams, and making sure the right things happen at the right time.

We’re looking for someone who is responsive, sharp, proactive, and calm under pressure. You don’t wait to be told what needs to be done. You see it, own it, and get it done.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $50,000-$55,000

  • Full Health Benefits Package

Compensation:

$50,000 – $55,000 base salary


Responsibilities:
  • Manage builder accounts and keep projects moving from order to installation

  • Coordinate installation and service schedules as builder timelines change

  • Update shop tickets, color selections, and project details accurately

  • Communicate with builders and internal teams to resolve issues

  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and scheduling requests

  • Follow up on open items and take ownership of getting things done


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of home builder or fabrication experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage changing priorities

  • Proficient with phones and various computer systems

  • Responsive, proactive, and a true self-starter

  • Calm under pressure with ability to multi-task

  • Reliable team player who communicates clearly and follows through
