Job description

JOB SUMMARY: This position will work closely with the VP of 3D Solutions, while working with the 3D Operations Manager, helping to provide exposure to all aspects of the operations and shipping 3D parts. This role also involves improvement and maintenance of product quality for the 3D manufacturing processes. The versatility and variability required by this position can make for a very rewarding and dynamic opportunity for the right individual. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • QC and organize 3D printed product
  • Inspect and document First Article Inspection (FAI) for customer
  • Work with ISO standards, including ISO9001 and ISO13485
  • Work with 3D Operations Manager to apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
  • Work cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Collection and reporting of parts locations, tracking information and updating DB
  • Other areas of responsibility include:
    • Package and Ship production daily including use of UPS/FedEx Terminals.
    • Maintain and clean 3D equipment with team
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of quality control/inspection/operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication - English required
  • High energy problem solver capable of driving items to closure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience using ERP system
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
