Automotive Terminal Manager – PRS Auto
Salary: $75,000– $85,000 annually
Location: Ayer, MA

PRS Auto is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Terminal Manager to lead operations at our Ayer facility. This is a key leadership role where your decisions directly impact safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
As the Terminal Manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive performance across the terminal:
  • Lead and supervise team members to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Coordinate activities between staff, drivers, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, union agreements, and government regulations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through audits, meetings, and daily engagement.
  • Support hiring, training, discipline, and employee development.
  • Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance operations.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to improve safety.
  • Uphold company standards, values, and operational expectations.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Experience in terminal, transportation, or warehouse operations (or similar environment).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling, and email systems.
