The Opportunity:

Sunoco LP is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role is responsible for identity lifecycle operations, access troubleshooting, governance processes, and enterprise IAM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform identity lifecycle tasks in Active Directory, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, and mailbox administration
  • Troubleshoot access issues across file systems, applications, and authentication workflows
  • Maintain IAM standards, documentation, and operational procedures
  • Support identity governance processes and user self‑service access tools
  • Participate in AD migrations, domain consolidation, and IAM modernization efforts
  • Provide on‑call support for critical identity services

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in access management or IAM
  • At least 2 years in a formal IT environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Firm understanding of Active Directory structure, function, and IAM principles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in multi‑domain, multi‑forest environments
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Knowledge of domain migration best practices
  • Experience with Micro Focus (NetIQ) DRA
  • Familiarity with Sailpoint Identity IQ or similar IGA platform
