Reporting to the Manager - Enterprise and Public Business Base Management, you will transform complex data into compelling narratives that shape strategic direction. You'll lead Customer Journey programs through analytical rigor, and strategic thinking - driving wallet share growth, product intensity, and profitability across our Enterprise and Public Business segment.

What you will do:

  • Improve the customer implementation cycle by identifying and removing friction across onboarding and provisioning - accelerating time-to-revenue and lifting revenue yield from new and existing services across the base
  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow product intensity within the base, increasing the adoption and depth of TELUS solutions across each account
  • Partner closely with product teams to interlock on new product launches and surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities, aligning the right solutions to the right customers at the right moment in their journey
  • Make AI part of the routine - proactively identifying where AI and automation can elevate analytics, customer treatments, and journey optimization, and championing adoption across the team
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, sales, product marketing, account based marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless, consistent customer experience
  • Tailor journey and base strategies to the distinct realities of Enterprise and Public Sector customers, navigating the procurement and compliance considerations unique to public business
  • Track and identify evolving industry and market trends to support base insights and inform business decisions
