Hiring: Senior Business Analysts – Two Opportunities | W2 Only

We are hiring experienced Senior Business Analysts for the following contract opportunities. Please apply only if you meet the mandatory requirements.


1. Sr. Business Analyst – Information Security / Cybersecurity

Location: Boston, MA / Quincy, MA – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite per Week)
Employment Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6–12+ Months

Required Skills
  • 6+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong Business Analysis experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity
  • Security process documentation, policies, procedures, SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks
  • Process flows, workflows, and swimlane diagrams
  • Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Audit readiness and security assessments
  • Requirements gathering and process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred: Healthcare, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001


2. Sr. Business Analyst – Teradata Cloud Migration

Location: Remote – Abbott Park, IL
Employment Type: W2 Only
Duration: 12+ Months – Long-Term Contract

Mandatory Requirement
  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Recent hands-on experience migrating from Teradata On-Premises to Teradata Cloud is mandatory
  • Business process analysis, process mapping, BRDs, and FRDs
  • Gap analysis and current-state/future-state assessments
  • Process flows and swimlane diagrams
  • Stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering
  • Data validation, reconciliation, and UAT
  • Large-scale data, reporting, or platform migration experience

Preferred: Financial Reporting, Accounting, FP&A, or Treasury experience
