Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct on-site labor teams to ensure efficient and safe event setup and breakdown.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload event rental items such as tents, tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and lighting.
  • Operate a box truck as needed to deliver equipment to event locations.
  • Set up and install rental equipment at client sites, ensuring all items meet company standards for quality and safety.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to clients at homes and businesses, addressing any questions or concerns on-site.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and equipment testing to maintain high standards of service.
  • Uphold all company safety standards and follow appropriate safety procedures at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • One or more years of experience driving a box truck preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50โ€“80 lbs. comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Availability for some night and weekend work as required.
