Job description


Summary

The ideal candidate will provide a quality tennis experience for guest and members of The Boca Raton.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

  • Oversee court, lesson and clinic reservations
  • Knowledge of all tennis programs
  • Promote events
  • Assist members and guests with game matching
  • Lesson and court fee billing
  • Retail sales.

Internal Relationships

Reports to Director of Racquet Sports

External Relationships

Has regular contact with Club members and Resort guests, meeting planners, vendors.


Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Resort and/ or country club experience; good tennis knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
