We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our team! As the face of our facility, you will welcome players, manage reservations, and help keep our pro shop running smoothly.

  • Managing bookings and scheduling play time.
  • Responsible for daily communication of events, programs, and court conditions to the general public.
  • Utilize the PlaybyPoint system to process payments for court reservations, clinics, lessons, and merchandise, as well as for player communication and daily operations.
  • Helping customers with purchases in the pro shop.
  • Performing general housekeeping to keep the pro shop clean and organized.

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience operating POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and dependable transportation.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, departmental officials, and the general public, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently, or under minimal supervision.
