Essential Job Functions:
- Leverage PTP functionality to drive process improvements across front-, mid-, and back-office operations
- Support initiatives across the full project lifecycle-from ideation through implementation, ensuring clear requirements, thoughtful evaluation of operational risks and business value, and timely delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and pain points, translating them into effective system-based solutions
- Drive user adoption of PTP by providing exceptional support and fostering a positive end-user experience
- Enable users by building skills, confidence, and long-term proficiency in PTP
- Test and validate upcoming product releases to ensure smooth, effective deployment
- Document processes, solutions, and key decisions to support clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Immerse yourself in the business to develop a deep understanding of operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
- Existing PTP experience or a high commitment and motivation to be trained in PTP. Training would require extensive travel to Irving, TX in the initial 6-9 months of employment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business processes and organizational landscape
- Experience in business intelligence, fintech, operational analytics, and/or predictive analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and TMV's Gas Management System (GMS)
- Experience with energy commodities, trading practices, supply chain logistics, and/or financial derivatives and options
- Experience with object-oriented coding languages
- Progressive, creative problem solver with a forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups and organizational levels
