About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Honolulu. This role combines property operations, tenant relations, owner communication, lease administration, vendor management, and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects.
  • Review vendor proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements.
  • Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance.
  • Review lease obligations, rent increases, renewals, and key lease milestones.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues.
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams on reporting and portfolio goals.
  • Provide owners with timely updates, recommendations, and property performance insights.
  • Resolve tenant and property concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in commercial property management, real estate, property administration, or a related support role.
  • Active Hawaii Real Estate License or willingness to obtain required licensing credentials.
  • Experience with commercial, retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred.
  • Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Property Manager experience.
  • Experience with lease administration and tenant relations.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of Hawaii commercial real estate practices.
