Job description

Housing Navigator is responsible for helping residents secure and maintain stable, affordable, and permanent housing. This role includes conducting housing assessments, developing individualized housing plans, assisting with rental applications and lease agreements, and addressing housing-related barriers. The Housing Navigator works closely with landlords and housing providers, facilitates communication between residents and property managers, and ensures clients understand their tenant rights and responsibilities. The position also involves providing referrals to support services and maintaining accurate documentation of all housing activities. The goal is to support long-term housing stability for each resident.
