Job description

Rinvio is hiring experienced Journeyman Electrician - Tenant Improvement candidates for tenant improvement and commercial renovation electrical work in the Arlington, Virginia area.


Pay: $50-$65/hour, based on experience, credentials, and project fit

Location: Arlington, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, feeders, branch circuits, and related electrical systems

- Perform rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and punch-list work

- Read blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and field instructions to complete accurate installations

- Coordinate professionally with foremen, site leadership, and other trades on active construction sites

- Maintain clean, safe, code-compliant work areas and professional jobsite standards


Requirements:

- Journeyman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience

- Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision

- Reliable transportation to Arlington and surrounding Northern Virginia project areas

- Own basic electrical hand tools and standard PPE

- OSHA 10/30 is preferred

- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
