As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering service assistance.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions when necessary, scheduling the appropriate services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate management team member.
