Workfront Administrator and Marketing Operations Manager

About your role:

As a Workfront Administrator and Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive efficient, scalable, and well-governed marketing workflows across the organization. This role combines hands-on project management, process design, and marketing technology expertise to ensure work is prioritized, executed on time, and continuously improved. You will bring deep experience with Adobe Workfront and a strong understanding of marketing operations, cross-functional coordination, workflow governance, and process optimization.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront, including project setup, templates, intake forms, routing, reporting, dashboards, and workflow governance.
  • Lead the definition of end-to-end marketing project management processes and the application of those processes in the Workfront tool.
  • Manage and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring processes are clear, scalable, efficient, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, digital, operations, compliance, and technology teams to coordinate processes and align usage of Workfront, to improve execution across functions.
  • Drive process standardization by documenting workflows, defining roles and responsibilities, and promoting consistent ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain Workfront reports and dashboards to track status, throughput, SLA adherence, and operational performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing process or system enhancements.
  • Train and support users on Adobe Workfront best practices, governance standards, and workflow compliance.
Experience you'll need to have:
  • 5+ years Experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, process management, or a related marketing technology role.
  • 3+ years experience in Adobe Workfront (including Fusion) in a marketing or creative operations environment.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and improving business processes and workflows.
  • Experience with marketing operations, campaign execution, creative workflows, and intake-to-delivery processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
  • Adobe Workfront certification or advanced platform administration experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing teams, creative services, or shared service operating models.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, governance frameworks, and process measurement.
  • Familiarity with related marketing technology platforms, digital asset management systems, content workflows, or collaboration tools.
  • Experience with change management, user adoption, training, and operating model transformation.
  • Understanding of compliance, review, and approval workflows within regulated or complex environments.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
