Our client is a growing organization seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team through a high volume, fast paced hiring season. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in TA operations who thrives in a high touch, detail driven environment.
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as the backbone of the interview process, managing scheduling logistics, candidate communication, and feedback tracking for a busy recruiting team. This role requires someone comfortable coordinating with stakeholders at all levels, from hiring managers to senior leadership, and who can stay organized when demands shift quickly day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for both panel and individual hiring manager interviews, working closely with department staff and candidates to align availability
  • Serve as the point of contact for hiring managers and interview panelists, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and following up as needed
  • Draft and send candidate facing communications covering interview logistics and next steps
  • Act as a resource for candidates throughout the interview process, responding to questions and triaging follow up communication
  • Collaborate with recruiters to build post interview feedback surveys, then compile and analyze results with strong attention to accuracy
  • Deliver feedback summaries and reporting back to the recruiting team
  • Monitor and manage a shared recruitment inbox, responding to general and applicant inquiries and tracking interview acceptances
  • Support recruiters with reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews for support level roles as volume requires
  • Administer skills assessments and reference checks using internal HR systems
  • Provide additional recruiting and department support as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or operations within a fast paced setting, including at least one year in a recruitment related capacity
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling complex meetings or interviews via Outlook, with the ability to proactively troubleshoot availability challenges
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with familiarity using Zoom, Teams, or similar virtual meeting tools
  • Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and think beyond the immediate task
  • Strong professional presence, integrity, and communication skills across written, verbal, and listening formats
  • Ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities with precision while supporting multiple stakeholders and adapting to different working styles
  • General familiarity with HR practices, employment law, and workplace regulations

Additional Details:
Experience with an HRIS or applicant tracking system, particularly Workday, is a plus. Background in a nonprofit setting is also a plus but not required.
