- Highly proficient with Java features.
- Understand the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Have knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms.
- Use build tools, such as Webpack.
- Translate designer mock-ups into front-end code.
- Work with development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Participate in oral and written communications, as needed, to interface with diverse and multi-disciplinary staff.
- Develop software application tests and testing strategies.
- Script solutions to automate manual processes.
- Follow and instruct others on version control processes.
- Develop solutions to strengthen security in and around applications.
- Leverage application metrics to inform technical and business decisions.
- Analyze industry-specific requirements/technologies and provide insight.
- Test / evaluate the application and all associated functionalities.
Basic Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
- Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, or a related technical field from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.
- Hybrid - Candidate must live within 2 hours from a government facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with the Client's administrative team to decipher requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and elevate application design.
