Job description

Tired of earning minimum wage or working retail? Do you have experience with temporary, seasonal jobs, like Amazon, Ulta Beauty, or Walmart? A company out of Franklin is hiring for several year-round warehouse positions. 
Positions available have steady hours on 1st or 2nd shift.

Job Summary/Company Information: 

  • Direct Shot Distributing has SEVERAL 1st and 2nd shift warehouse opportunities for ALL departments!
  • Warehouse Associates will perform routine warehouse functions distributing items for the music industry, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of CDs & Vinyl Records.
  • Associates will also work from a variety of documents to verify quantities, count products, fill orders, and package products using RF scanners and computers.

Pay/Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $12.00-$12.90/hr. Equipment operator incentive up to $1.50/hr more!
  • Upon hire, company offers pay rate increases
  • Hourly production bonuses upon hire! (up to $3.00/hr)

Schedule:

  • Must be eager to learn and willing to cross-train. 
  • Company will train on forklift/order picker equipment! (Must not have a fear of heights)
