Join Our Team at Animalife Veterinary Center in Beautiful Naples, FL.

Animalife Veterinary Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. For over 27 years, we've proudly served Naples and the surrounding communities with high-quality, personalized veterinary care.

What began as a single location in Pine Ridge has expanded to include two sister practices—Eagle Creek and Mission Hills—allowing us to serve more pets and families across Southwest Florida.

We’re not just passionate about animals—we’re passionate about giving back. Animalife partners with a variety of local nonprofit organizations, providing both financial support and discounted or free medical care to shelter and rescue animals in need.

At the heart of our practice is a belief in compassion, kindness, and respect—both in our care for patients and in our relationships with clients and teammates. Whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned veterinarian, you’ll find a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment here.

What We Offer:

  • 4 doctor practice
  • Excellent mentorship opportunities for new graduates
  • Small animal GP focused mainly on cats and dogs, with interest in expanding services to include avian and exotic patients.
  • Digital radiology (whole body and dental)
  • Comprehensive wellness and dental care
  • Acupuncture services
  • On-site grooming
  • Emergency services
  • Paper-lite record-keeping with Avimark software
  • And best of all—we're closed on Sundays!

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • Any experience level considered
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Florida
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to providing the highest standard of care
  • Dedication to the veterinary code of ethics

Benefits

  • Paid time off
  • Annual CE stipend and paid CE days
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with match
  • Maternity support program
  • Self-care wellness benefits (counseling services, discounted fitness memberships)
  • Pet insurance discounts
  • Student debt refinancing options
  • Reimbursement for maintaining DEA, licensure, and veterinary memberships
  • Mentorship program
