We are seeking and Administrative Analyst to join our Insurance Post Closing team on a temporary to permanent basis. This position handles the administrative support functions for Insurance team for our Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Bridge, USDA and Conventional Loan Portfolios in accordance with departmental policy, procedures, and agency guidelines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process incoming email from the general Insurance email.

  • Receipt and distribution of Insurance administration USPS mail.

  • Identify loan information, categorize insurance correspondence and distribute documents to appropriate party.

  • Collection of Insurance Policies and Insurance premium invoices &/or paid invoices. Processing of invoices for payment on escrowed loans.

  • Maintain servicing system data integrity including update projects as needed.

  • Understanding of Agency Insurance requirements.

  • Regular communication with internal and external clients related to insurance matters.

  • Assist and/or perform special projects as assigned.

  • Assist with Agency audits of insurance compliance.

  • Assist with Borrower and internal requests for information.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • 1+ year of experience in Commercial Servicing and Multifamily Property Insurance preferred.

  • Familiarity in loan documentation and agency guidelines preferred.

  • Familiarity in multifamily insurance documentation and terminology preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Excel and Word.

  • Possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail.

  • Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
