Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:
As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled rehabilitation and nursing services to our community.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and our organization's policies and procedures
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
