Are you passionate about developing others and sharing your skills? Adecco is seeking dynamic Distribution Center Trainers to support the growth and success of Ross Dress for Less in Buckeye, AZ. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind onboarding and continuous training for new and existing associates, including temporary staff, ensuring they excel in their roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead engaging training sessions on operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Coach associates to improve performance through constructive feedback and support.

  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing training initiatives.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.

  • Demonstrate job tasks effectively, fostering a motivating learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant training or coaching experience.

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive coaching style.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic math skills (assessment required).

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.

  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, with some schedule adaptability.

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift availability; flexibility required.

Pay Details: $23.32 per hour
