Job description

Position Summary:
  1. Responsible for daily order entry functions for game and systems sales, trials, participations, leases, and conversions.
  2. Review order documents for accuracy and issue resolution.
  3. Interface with sales, compliance, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, and other departments as required to process orders in compliance with established standards.
  4. Input orders into the Pronto system and releases approved orders to manufacturing.
  5. Process change requests as required.
  6. Prepare revenue recognition documents.
  7. Coordinate the collection of documentation and expenses to support sales order entry for systems implementation, service, maintenance, training, travel, and support.
  8. Maintain Sales Operations files.
  9. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing:
  1. Games and Systems order entry, to include direct sale, participation, lease, trial, conversion, training, travel, maintenance, parts, returns, third party equipment, and support.
  2. Game and System order close to include direct sale, participation, lease, trial, conversion, training, travel, maintenance, parts, returns, third party equipment, and support .
  3. Order verification – All orders require secondary verification before being released to Manufacturing.
  4. Tracker maintenance – All orders must be updated in the tracker in real time for each stage of processing.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. A high school diploma is required. Degree is preferred.
  2. Two to five years of order processing experience or equivalent. Experience in the Gaming Industry a major plus.
  3. Pronto experience a plus. Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.
