As the temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant and Board Liaison to the CEO and Board of Directors of this nonprofit, youโ€™ll be a pivotal partner to a high-energy, fast-moving executive team. Youโ€™ll manage a variety of responsibilities, from high-level calendar management to Board engagement and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate is someone who makes it happen, is proactive but humble, forward-thinking, a bridge builder, possesses strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic right hand and point of contact to the CEO, managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth transitions between high-impact meetings and events.
