What You'll Do
  • Provide circulating nursing care during surgical procedures in the OR
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
  • Adhere to hospital policies, standards of practice, and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and documentation before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with the surgical team
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure instrument and supply readiness
  • Comply with all safety protocols and best practices for patient care
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Michigan or appropriate state license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of circulating RN experience in an OR setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
