The main difference between a Temporary Theatre Camp Counselor and a Summer Theatre Instructor lies in their responsibilities and qualifications. Counselors typically supervise and support campers, focusing on safety and basic activities, while instructors lead structured theater lessons and workshops, often requiring more formal education and teaching credentials. Both roles are essential in summer theater programs but serve different functions within the camp environment.

Make a difference this summer by supporting teens as they take their first steps into the workforce.
